The audio of Dhigil was launched this morning. The thriller features Ashok Kumar and actress Sherin – who comes back to Tamil cinema after five years. Directed by debtutant Santhosh, the movie is being made in Tamil, Kannada and Hindi. Ashok plays the lead in the Tamil and Kannada versions. Dhigil was predominantly shot around Coorg and Mysore. Ashok revealed that he agreed to act in Dhigil to support director Santhosh. “He explained the story to me on the phone. I arrived at the sets even before I received the advance from the producer. I loved the story. And I wanted to support a struggling director like Santhosh,” he said.
Music director Ashley added that the background score is complete and that the movie would release soon.
